First of all you have to open picsart App and add the temple photo
And then you have to cut the temple photo into 9 or 10 parts and save it
After that now you have to open capcut application and add the temple video
And now you click on add overlay and add those parts of the temple from your gallery which you have cut and saved in your picsart app
Okay, now you take all those layers out of the screen and set them properly in their place by applying keyframe
And now you again click on add overlay and add the Mata Rani video from your gallery
Then now you make 1 duplicate layer of Video Layer and move it down
And now you click on remove bug and select custom remove and paint properly on Mata Rani
After that you again have to click on add overlay and add glow video from your gallery
Then now you Set the blending mode to screen and set it properly behind Mata Rani
